      Local management tries to do the right thing. During slow periods management will get employees at least 40 hours a week working in the shop

      Cons

      Weak line managers who are dysfunctional in dealing with the workforce and lack interpersonal skill set. Manage by fear and intimidation

      - Flexible schedule/work from home - Decent pay and benefits - Frequent paid lunches and company activities - Good office environment

      - upward mobility past "senior designer" unclear - salesmen keep losing chunks of commission year-to-year (and their work/life balance is non-existent)

      Great salary and great co-workers

      Benefits suck wind so bad it was actually cold, many promises made during interview that fell off the face of the planet the instant I start busting my behind and I got very tired of being told things like 'be polite & professional' when dealing with co-workers yet being spoken to and treated rudely.
