Hello. While you highlight some things you see as strengths, we are sorry that you aren’t entirely happy with everything at SUSE. Please can you reach out to the people team so we can discuss your concerns? The senior leadership team has worked hard to communicate our strategy, vision and culture as transparently as possible both internally and externally. Both customer and employee net promoter scores have risen steadily over that time. Product management is now closer to the field and the wider business than it's ever been, and our portfolio expansion and business growth show that SUSE is increasingly present in and relevant to the market. As you say, we pride ourselves on being a place where our colleagues really enjoy working. We have worked hard and are still working hard to be as diverse and inclusive a place to work as we can be. We can always improve however and we look forward to hearing from you.
