      Pros

      A few good people white knuckling for things to get better, praying for Jesus to take the wheel. He isn't coming...

      Cons

      are falling off, falling off, falling off. Q1 2025 - long time CEO left. Things have spiraled out of control since. Spending and headcount freezes every other month and quarterly targets missed consistently. Layoffs in 2024 and not being allowed to backfill when employees fun for the hills. High performers continue to leave for the competition while managers that are causing the mass exodus remain. Culture was good under previous leadership. It's not toxic and cliquey.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
