Pros

Great hybrid work flexibility (WFO 3 days, WFH 2 days, and Wednesday half-day). Good place to learn how to handle multi-tasking and fast-paced environments.

Cons

Role boundaries can sometimes be blurred, with specialized roles and core project resources occasionally directed toward non-core operational or repetitive administrative tasks, which isn't an efficient use of specialized talent. Communication and structural alignment from upper management could be more organized to prevent resource wastage and maintain a faster, more focused product development cycle.

Pros

- Nothing, don't join, pyramid / MLM scam company

Cons

You will be working as the people on the side of the road, train stations and whatever place walking around asking for people to donate to charities. The charity only makes 10% of your donation. - Basic pyramid scheme MLM company - No basic, no benefits, nothing at all - There is no perm or contract here, they ask you to sign an "agreement" which means follow their rules but you get nothing in return - No career growth, no skills gained here will be transferable to any proper company that's not an MLM - Toxic environment, if you don't attend gatherings, take leave or don't attend their 'workshops' they will try to change your mind - They will try to brainwash you as much as possible and use reverse phycology on you
