Worst culture - ReactJS Developer Samcom Technobrains Employee Review

Worst Culture I have ever seen in this company, Their policies are management friendly not for employee benefits. They are torturing employees like slave. If you are taking any leave and you are leaving on time after completing your work, they are keep sending you performance emails and calls like you haven't informed even you have informed to managers and and respective person also. Even HR's are not professional that they didn't know how to behave professionally.
