I have been working in Samsonshield for almost a year. Started off with a security associate and was promoted to Assistant Site Director within 9months in the organization. I am glad to work in Samsonshield as I was promoted based on individual hard work and merits. Ever since I have received support from top management when needed and good policy and governance being put in place and implemented. They had given me ample room for improvement and showcased my skills in the organization
Cons
The most challenging part of the job is changes in personal schedule and plans whenever colleague calls in sick. However, it happened once awhile, and management show their support by trying their best to getting the replacement soonest possible.
