      Pros

      Interesting work and nice colleagues.

      Cons

      The company is poorly managed causing financial problems. As a result people are not replaced or laid off and the remaining staff receives the additional work. Of course, a salary increase for that is not on the table. So the best you can have is keeping your job but jeopardizing your health. In other words, career growth is zero. There is no stable leadership, the top management are either bean counters from the business (which does not necessary mean that are good leaders) or have no clue what they are doing.

      Pros

      Teammates are nice and fun the work with them. But the turnover rate is high.

      Cons

      Old stuff technology and the main aim for the in-house team to keep the systems up and running. New and exciting things are done by outsourcing companies. I gained zero personal and technical development during my time there. My experience only related to developers.
