      Cons

      Tuition Remission requires 1 year of service unless you are coming in from another university/college. Low salaries compared with most of the public colleges. Expectation to work beyond normal work hours with so much regularity.

      Pros

      I have been with the University for 9 years. Great work/life balance. Mission drive university that cares for its students and employees. My daily interactions with colleagues is great.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other institutions. The more aligned individuals are with the mission and Jesuit principles, the better the daily experience will be.
