Pros
Nothing is pro here. Company and HR policies are so employee un-friendly and very outdated. They are taking lot of advantage from employees and interview candidates despite paying low salary.
Cons
Lack of respect for experienced people and other choice to decisions. HR are involving in budget, interviews are scheduled without asking for candidate's availability and schedule. There is no feedback provided after the interview. Never recommended to attend interview. Salary doesn't even match your skills or experience during HR discussions.
