      *small crew meaning close interpersonal relationships *fast-paced and hands-on environment *pleasant atmosphere

      Cons

      *very high expectations even for new hires who have no prior/relevant experience *low pay compared to other businesses in the area *irregular schedule (week A you might be scheduled for three days, week B you might be on for six, all with varying hours and seemingly no pattern, making last minute outside-of-work plans, such as family/friend outings and doctors visits virtually impossible)

      -Good Customers -Nice Coworkers -Discounted Coffee

      Cons

      Never again! Behind the scenes the owners will look for someone to blame all their problems on. Back handed comments, accusations and pitting people against each other. They have no issue talking about “unprofitable clients” and wanting to kick them out for “taking up space” but will advertise acceptance, hope and love.
