Small Family run business that has a great attitude to its staff and always looks after there work force, for example bonus's every quarter if targets are meet and quarterly treats. Every three months, the team enjoys a special outing: A dinner at a local restaurant. A fun activity like bowling or darts night Seasonal treats (summer BBQs).
Cons
Could do with a bigger building as it can get very congested inside when they are at there busiest.
