You get to see the US and learn some new techniques. It could be worse.

98% travel. No work life balance. Micromanagement from the very top down. Unnecessary drama. No team players. Your concerns are often brushed under the rug. Lots of backstabbing. Terrible business practices. Employees are not well taken care of. Underpaid. Constant policy and rule changes usually at the expense of employee morale and pay.
