The company continues to acquire new accounts without hiring adequate staff to support the increased workload. As a result, employees are consistently overworked, stretched thin, and expected to meet unrealistic demands. Despite this, pay remains below a livable standard, and employees who take on significantly more responsibility are not compensated with the raises they have earned and deserve. This creates an environment where it appears leadership prioritizes profit over the well-being and sustainability of its workforce.
