      Pros

      Sequenom is dedicated to the science and furthering innovation. They were the first company to bring NIPT to market and continue to drive the science further.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely disconnected from the marketplace. While they are focused on the science, they are completely missing the boat when it comes to making our services accessible to patients. Furthermore, the company is exceptionally cheap and actually making incentive money is extremely difficult.

      Pros

      This company was purchased by LabCorp, so the benefits and pay are great! The management has been a great group of people to help you with any needs, and if they can't help, they'll help find it with you.

      Cons

      I love this company, but due to personal circumstances, I need to relocate. Trying to find an opening up in central Cal, within Lab Corp, has been my only downfall.

      Very cliquish. Long-time employees are not too welcoming and tend to spread rumors.
