Pros

Jena is an amazing mentor! Amy and Shari are great teammates and mentors!!! Randy and John mean the best and they just need a good team! Not just anyone trying to “bs” and not take this job as if it’s not their own! Always work for God not man!!! Believe your job is home away from home and always look to better yourself and the company this company lets you do that!!! & oh BE A TEAM PLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!No need for all the competition.

Could offer better benefits and I’ll keep the rest to myself! Jena and accounting side was one of the best crew I have ever worked for!!!! Miss those ladies!! They all try to help each other! You get that one person who just no matter what thinks they may be better than you….. that’s life!No need for all the competition.

None. Nothing "pro" here to to talk about.

Cons

This is a smoke and mirrors, dog and pony show. Don't believe their lies. You'd be much better off in a call center setting if you need work this bad. They don't pay overtime, WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW. Instead they manipulate everything and everyone. Including their unfortunate customers.
