Salary increments are not good enough

Friendly atmosphere Good platform to learn for beginners. Leave policy is fine.

2 years of bond period for freshers . Heavy work with low salary. Poor HR. Very unsupportive higher managers Poor infrastructure. not equal pay for equal work Hard to get recognized for your performance. Doing the same thing everytime . Not good for long term career. Less DA and TA are provided and not in time. Doesn't care much about clients. No bonus.
