Pros
Always changing work. Worked very hard to keep all employed and working during the CoVID-19 pandemic. Provided a very safe environment in a newly remodeled building. Creating a new opportunity for engineers and technical people in Northern Utah in a growth industry.
Cons
A small company trying to learn how to become a big company with normal growing pains, a very typical "changing" environment that can be uncomfortable at times for some. Change may nip into work/life balance at times.
