Great work environment, friendly coworkers, great benefits, competitive salary, work requires no heavy lifting, entire workplace is air conditions owner is very friendly and accommodating and as long as you're doing your job the right way it's the best place to work.

Been working here for almost 13 years and for me I haven't encountered any problems.

Paid insurance, laid-back work environment. This company provides great benefits for full-time employees. Their pay has also been competitive. However, it has dropped recently.

The main issue this company has is its' more senior employees and their experience with machining. Many of the senior employees have no other machining experience besides what they have learned here.
