Good work life balance. Employees are treated like family and it’s a great work environment. I know my manager and the owners genuinely care about me. Benefits are good too.

Company structure and roles and responsibilities aren’t always clear cut. More focus/communication on this would be helpful.

Great place to work. Cool product, fun atmosphere, and great customer base. Employee discounts were very nice too. Good mix of work hard but have fun doing it with the other employees. Owners are really nice and easy to get face time with. Definitely learned a lot and seems to be opportunity to grow with them as they grow.

Can be a little disorganized but that can be the trade off for not being so black and white/rule driven. More communication between managers could help with this!
