Pros
This was one of the best jobs I've worked in my 20+ year software career. Voted in the top 100 places to work in Oregon, the people I worked with in this on-site position were always ready to help and support each other. The "small company" feel left me feeling appreciated and that they cared about their employees.
Cons
Upgrades to technology and software frameworks was slow which caused great urgency when these were at end of life.
