Inconsistent workload Some project were so stressful I had to quit due to anxiety, and it was mainly about problems that were easily remedied with a bit of thought and organisation. The huge difference between the quick and easy first day of training and then actually working and thete being noone to ask questions or guide you. When I was on slower projects I tried helping others but this is just poor organisation from the company. Why stress out people who just started even more?
