Pros

Free food. Flexible hours. Great exposure to the aerospace industry.

Cons

Way too much politics for a startup. Lack of transparency from management. I would have complained about how I gave so much to the company that didn't bother recognizing any of it, but then I look at others who have given even more than me and they haven't been recognized either. Most of the people that I know left either did so because of the politics or because they ended up doing tasks they never signed up for.

Pros

I have been with the company for over a year and the growth that we have experienced has been incredible. There is truly endless potential to grow within the company and being with a company during a pivotal time is extremely exciting.

Cons

With the growth that we have experienced there has been many changes to the structure and teams. We are certainly in a transition period with may unknowns.

Pros

If promises are "pro's" there are a lot of promises.

Cons

Very little of what was stated when I was recruited ever came to fruition. There was no budget to execute as a sales leader, no budget to hire the folks they hired me to hire, no budget to travel, no budget to attend industry events, no US based office was underway, no insurance was underway, none of the stock options given were ever truly enumerated or given, and no commissions were ever paid. I was recruited to build a sales team and was never given a budget to do so, so I ended up, essentially, as a sales rep. I made half of what they promised because they didn't give me a budget nor a team, nor put the support in place, They also, didn't pay any earned commissions anyway. I am still fighting for those. I am owed a very large sum of money in both salary and commissions, many tens-of-thousands of dollars,. And so are other employees. All employees have worked from February 1, 2023 through August, 2023 and counting....without pay. Also, If you happen to go to work for them, be aware that you will have to pay for your own travel, or fight to be paid pack.
