Pros
It's very much a non-corporate company. It's the first company I've been in where every bit of information is made available, no IT secrets here. The people are great, I haven't met a bad apple yet, so far so good.
Cons
There's not as much structure to your work day, which I don't mind but I know plenty of people that would struggle with that.
