Good pay, excellent benefits for FTEs.

It is not overly structured, which may not suit someone who likes cannot work outside the box.

Working with other team members. I enjoyed working with many smart, hardworking peers, but management made the job unnecessarily difficult. Leadership lacks transparency, favors short-term thinking, and is quick to politic rather than support employees.

The founder and leadership are positioning the company for a quick flip, focusing solely on short-term gains. The employees are just a means to an end, and their long-term security is being disregarded.
