      Pros

      Many staff provide awesome face to face service, in spite on management hassles and failure to promote from within. The competent front line staff make the most of their resources in many cases in spite of incompetent management hires.

      Cons

      Employee level of commitment and dedication and capability regularly overlooked when favoritism by management selects a candidate before jobs are even posted. This diminishes the overall motivation of coworkers at every branch.

      Very top-heavy with upper management that has little interest in or knowledge of the work of staff affected by their decisions.
