* They assigned me to a project that wasn't align with what I'm actually interested as developer, technologies that I'm not interested to learn. * At the end they send me to a client located far from where I lived and took out my "privilege" of 4 days of working from home and didn't pay any transportation or anything in that case. * They fired people with reasons but then you find out they are still needing those positions, so when they are firing you they aren't sincere. * They last month of months of months to pay the employment benefits by law, this is because a lack in Costa Rica laws, but they don't consider the employee necessities.
