-Didnt get paid for weeks one time.
-we were encouraged to continue going to work no matter what without pay because Toast could give those jobs to other companies and could damage the relationship, causing us to lose the contracts with them
-CEO and HR are super out of touch. They don’t really care about those who are out on the field doing the physical work.
-CEO snd HR told us that Toast didn’t pay us therefore the company didn’t have the money to pay their employees. They didn’t show us any proof. We were forced to take their word
-The hire ups and management need to learn labor laws for the states they have employees in, amongst other laws that fall outside of the labor laws.
