Pros
Everyone who works there feels like a family. It doesn't even really feel like a job most of the time. All the managers I had you could tell truly cared about me and my life! Very community based!
Cons
Check-ins can be kind of crazy! While I don't necessarily consider this a con, some people might not find it as fun!
