Pros
There are a number of truly spiritual-minded employees, though they are mostly not in upper management positions, and are not valued for their dedication to the company mission, or its ideals.
Cons
If you compare this company to any widget-selling enterprise, it fairs pretty well. The dilemma arises when you expect it to be better, to do things differently, to actually practice what it preaches (or rather, what it sells in its teachings). With that method of measurement, it falls miserably short. Does it consistently promote from within? Does it pay a fairer wage in these extremely economically challenging times? Does it truly promote a healthy work/life balance? Does it cultivate equality and respect for every individual, or is it run top down? Does it operate with integrity, or does it engage in questionable business practices, such as interviewing company employees with no intention of promoting them? Does it make significant charitable contributions to the less fortunate?
