Pros

To make up for not providing a lunch hour they provided lunch at my desk.

Cons

The hiring managers were well aware that I did not have any call center or banking experience yet I was tested on their new procedures and computer applications after 6 days of training by an instructor that was unorganized and scattered.. I passed but was told that I need to improve quickly so that I wouldn't make it all the way to the review and be told, "you suck at this" or "you suck at that". The first Mentor I had was amazing but then I was placed with one that was continuousIy late, absent or just wondering around. She was lost in procedure and technique. The quality of Mentors went down from that day on. They were late every day, spent most of the day wondering around, visiting. I made it to the first review and was told I was doing great, they thanked me for working there. Three days later I was fired for not being up to speed. I was told EVERYDAY by management that if at anytime I had a problem, just come see them. One day I had a problem (I had a customer on the phone angry and yelling at me because he could hear people laughing loudly and talking in the background, and thought it was me.) It was actually my Mentor and her friends, so I went to talk to management and within an hour I was fired. No warning, no help.......just ushered out the door told my computer skills were not up to speed.
