Pros
Nothing at all. The WORST company I've ever worked for. You're much better off working for corporate T-Mobile. Don't waste your time.
Cons
The commission structure is rigged. You will make 4x more working for corporate. Upper management is unorganized and unprofessional. Skimming hours and being clocked out for an hour lunch when you only took an half hour are normal occurrences. They don't promote from within so you almost always have a manager who knows nothing because he/she has no relevant experience or training. They do not train at all. This also results in a tremendous amount of turn over so, ending up in a store with a strong team dynamic and knowledgeable staff highly unlikely. Getting an answer to a question as simple as enrolling in health benefits will take at least a week if you're lucky.
