I have been working at Spencer Ogden full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Has an unlimited amount of training, support and fun aspects. Highly accredited management with quality leadership. Structured and achievable incentives. Free trips around the world. Hugely supportive when you need days off to rest. You feel rewarded and celebrated at every achievement. Fun environment with ping-pong tables and diner booths. Overall, a great place to work.

    Cons

Honestly, after a year here in the Perth Office, I still struggle to find any.

    Pros

Even though I was an intern, I definitely was not pushing papers and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of responsibility I was entrusted with.

    Cons

Considering that I was an intern, I have no cons

    Cons

You will be making 35K coming in and odds are they you will make a placement after 6 months. No support whatsoever. Just don't do it.
