I worked at SponsoredLinx full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people - they know when and how to have a good time, and the other CMs are great.

    Cons

Very little training was provided. I was an "expert" after less than a week of employment, having never worked in marketing before. More time was spent on how to stop clients cancelling than on the technical work and ongoing training. There was also no avenues for staff to safety express concern without having a target on them.

No career progression, communication between departments doesn't exist, one department is favoured and rewarded over everyone else. Everyone who works there is immature and childish

I worked at SponsoredLinx full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people you work with are amazing and make the environment fun and enjoyable.

    Cons

At SponsoredLinx, there is a complete lack of formal training, support, and management. The managers will do anything to not reward bonuses, the workload is far too great for the salary and the expectations and goals are constantly changing for employees. There is a lack of communication and understanding between departments as well as between management and those doing the hard work. With the amount of formal training provided you are unable to provide a valuable service to the 180 clients each account manager has.
