Pros
family based environment. If you need time off all you need to do is ask. They don't treat you like a dog like most places I've worked. If you want to put in the extra effort you can make a carrier out of what once was a job.
Cons
Cut backs in the coal industry. For this you need to show your worth or they will have to make adjustments.
