We're sorry to hear that our focus didn't feel visible enough to you during your time with us. It's important to say that race and ethnicity are a core part of our diversity and inclusion priorities alongside gender.
We've recently published out third ethnicity pay gap report, have clear targets in place for ethnic representation overall and at senior leadership level. We've also met and exceeded our target for ethnic diversity in senior leadership and will shortly be publishing our Race Action Plan.
We fully recognise that progress isn't just about targets or reports but about how inclusive our organisation feels day to day. We know there's more to do and we remain committed to doing this work transparently and with accountability.
