    Stock Options, Upward mobility Endless opportunities Great colleagues with a wealth of experience and knowledge Great camaraderie and culture in some departments and divisions.

    Cons

    Middle of the road health coverage Pay not commensurate with position and responsibilities Silos amongst the different business units No mentorship in key areas

    Pros

    I Loved being able to connect with end users on a day to day basis.

    Cons

    The job seemed to get monotonous as time got on, there was a lot of weird check boxes that we had to check off in order to get good ratings from our direct manager.

    No Work Life Balance, Work to Please Leadership

    Pros

    Decent benefits, good employee discount on tools, able to work from home, get to work on well-known brands and sometimes develop cool products

    Cons

    No work life balance, you're on calls at night and work past 5pm almost everyday, so many people are online during night hours just to get the job done. It is also an outdated company, they don't invest in software or programs that help streamline projects or processes. Their culture is focused on pleasing leadership and they have high turn over at those higher positions as well, so each year the vision and strategy could change. They have horrible training programs you're just thrown into the chaos when you start with no help, basically set up to fail.
