Pros
Great working relationships with peers. The company was always trying to do something fun for the employees. Their client at the time helped me gain better management experience.
Cons
Company was always in flux, and the client at the time pulled a contract because the StarTek leadership did not take the time to fully understand the work involved which created a perception of ignorance leading to the failure of renewing their contract with a large telecommunications company.
