    Big name to work for, able to learn different knowledge/skills with rotation program(think it’s no more now)

    Cons

    High turnover rate Micromanagement Management playing favourites Office bullying exist with no control from manager/AVP Work/life not balanced Under expected salary

    Pros

    Work from home capabilities. Good "foot in the door" to the professional world out of school.

    Cons

    My manger is great, many other managers seem to be less so. Pay is below industry average. Some teams have rapid turnover making the job overwhelming. Other teams have very little turnover making promotions unlikely.

    Advice to Management

    As an employee, there is a feeling you are just another cog in the machine next in line to get laid off. Zero sense that the company has your back giving little reason for employees to do the same.
