Pros

If your a yes man it’s your type of gig (insurance) Best sales training period! Got some of the best sales managers around!

Cons

Expect to work two weeks straight on the road Zero mileage reimbursement Zero life work balance Wake up at 6am work until 11 Once you get your 401k they screw you until you gain your 3rd year You work for the company and they take advantage of that They want you to quit before 3 years at most Highest price point on the market compared to everyone else The CEO is invested in the Renuity umbrella so he has skin in the game They don’t teach you your mistakes and keep your commission intentionally (pricing a job out) You only have 30 days contest your commissions, which means if you have a large project, they will take 45 days. You’ll also have zero transparency when it comes to your metrics and your team. That’s intentional

Long hours, tons of driving (1000 miles per week)
