Pros

Work from home Great teammates Great lower level management

Cons

Disorganized More of a call center than teaching-required weekly (sometimes daily) calls. Make teachers threaten students with revoking enrollment. Rules/expectations change daily Mass layoffs with some people not even receiving communication about the layoff, just unable to login Low pay Promised raises that don't happen Decisions are clearly being made by people who are not educators. A very corporate mindset that does not put students first. Unrealistic expectations. More focused on growth than on ensuring quality.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that recent organizational changes have been challenging, and we understand how they may have impacted the employee experience. Our goal has always been to support students through clear expectations, accountability, and consistent communication, though we acknowledge that frequent changes to processes can feel disruptive. We are actively working to improve stability, clarity, and transparency across teams. We regret if any employee felt insufficiently informed during workforce changes. Respectful and timely communication remains a priority, and we continue to review our processes. Balancing growth, sustainability, and educational quality is complex, and feedback from current and former employees helps inform ongoing improvements. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.
