- Lofty KPIs/Quotas (100 dials, 100 door knocks, 18 Opportunities, 15 new in-person meetings, 6 follow-up meetings, 8 quotes sent, 4 deals sold for $5,200 every week)
- Judged on quota weekly and KPIs daily.
- Bad customer service.

- Tenured employees complained so I felt it wouldn't get better.
