Pros
Great place to work. Fantastic people and (mostly) great clients. Great work-life balance. Strong culture. Lots of perks. Flexible working. Being part of PA means lots of security. Well-deserved reputation as one of the best content agencies in the country (good for the CV).
Cons
Has struggled to find its footing due to constant pivoting. Work can be soul-crushingly routine, especially at junior level. Limited opportunities for progression – people tend to leave because they hit a glass ceiling very quickly. Worryingly high employee turnover. Top-heavy. Internal communication can be poor. Salaries well below market average.
