Pros
1) Very supportive Team Leads. 2) If you are a fresh graduate and have no other prospects then it is a fine start.
Cons
1) Management lies through their teeth. On your face it is something else and behind your back it is something else. 2) During the interview it said to be an advisory role. When you start working you realise it is a call center+sales job. 3) The HR has no experience at all. 4) Salary is very low. 5) If you join with the intention to learn about the market then forget it. There are just 2-3 advisors who actually know about the market. And all of them are in the same team. So unless you are in their team it will be difficult to learn through the job. 6) Forget about incentives. If you do not bring payments then your fixed salary is held back.
