Pros
Very little to say positive - and that is bad because HR always has a positive thing to say.
Cons
Management is clueless - had me doing two full time jobs at once - since there is a hiring freeze. No one even understands Per Diem so they choose not to give it to craft employees so they do not have to look like they are under qualified for their position. Per Diem is a simple and necessary thing in construction HR.
