Opportunities to advance in title and to work on interesting health care related projects. Some of the staff are very dedicated. Good beginning job.
Cons
Oblivious management that are not around, but tend to micro-manage. Inconsistent application of policies (e.g., flex schedules, teleworking). Turnover of bright employees while less motivated employees stay.
