      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      The money is good but you’re working 60 hours every week.

      Cons

      Working 60 hours a week. Not enough time to complete route. Management doesn’t understand. I do not recommend to anyone. They will work you so hard until they run you into the ground. Terrible company to be a part of.
