- Shift to a culture of "work is life", long hours working with people who do nothing other than work and believe that is the way life should be - Work for works sake, working excessive hours doing unnecessary iterations or rework due to culture mentioned in the previous bullet - Lack of acknowledgement of the above bullets by leadership, even when situations are extreme and apparent (people developing health conditions due to long hours, etc.) - Negative / shady politics that impact your career opportunities based on upper management that you may have worked with
