Pros
Great pay and knowledgeable team to work with. Reasonable work hours. Quality operating systems and supporting equipment with reasonable guests mostly. Ownership is fair as long as you understand how to drive bottom line revenue.
Cons
The property is difficult to financially manage to ownerships expectations. Not given full ability to make necessary changes for revenue growth. Micro managed more than necessary. Integrity of certain managers is suspect at best, so being liked is much more important than overall skill set. Has a very Janet Jackson “ What have you done for me lately ummmhmm” mentality most of the time.
