      For the Corporate employee in Houston, gernerous compensation and benefits package, pristine ivory tower setting, everyone has their own office.

      Cons

      Elitist, good old boy culture. Company Holiday party is only for the "select" who are invited, not for everyone. Little to no diversity in staff or thought.

      Benefits- decent health insurance and dental

      Cons

      Micromanagement department that will burn you out. Too much politics and no bonus for hourly employees or raises. On-site 5 days a week and no work from home policy.
