Pros
manager was fairly flexible with scheduling staff at our location was really tight technical aspects of the job are not particularly difficult commission structure improved over time
Cons
head office did not know how to communicate in a timely way with stores important information was withheld for reasons that are completely unfathomable lack of customers leads to loss of energy which head office blames you for it's your fault that no one wants to buy a watch, every time. pay is pathetic even with improvements commission works out to almost nothing
